2024 Term Dates
TERM ONE: Monday 5th February to Saturday 13th April
* Classes will run on Easter Saturday, 30th March
TERM TWO: Monday 29th April to Saturday, July 6th
* Classes will run on the King’s Birthday Public Holiday on Monday 10th June
TERM THREE: Monday 22nd July to Saturday 28th September
TERM FOUR: Monday 14th October to Thursday 5th December

PHOTO DAY: Saturday 23rd November
COMBINED REHEARSALS: Saturday 16th November
STUDIO CONCERT RUN: Saturday 30th November
DRESS REHEARSALS: Monday 25th to Saturday 30th November
STAGE REHEARSAL: Thursday 5th December 10 am - 3 pm
CONCERT: Thursday 5th December 6:30pm
END OF YEAR PRESENTATION AND BBQ: Saturday 14th December
Active & Creative Kids Rebate
Stratosphere Performing Arts is an approved provider of both the Active Kids and Creative Kids Rebate Programs. Students are able to claim BOTH their $100.00 Active Kids and $100.00 Creative Kids Rebate Vouchers on lessons at Stratosphere PA. For more information about our redemption process, please speak with Miss Hayley!
UNIFORM REQUIREMENTS
Studio Uniform is available for purchase from the ‘Shop’ on our website. All students are required to wear SPA uniform to class.
Students are required to wear TAN jazz and tap shoes and leather ballet shoes. Girls tap shoes should be of the ‘buckle’ style and not lace-ups. Troupe students may require an additional pair of alternative coloured shoes.

FEES & DISCOUNTS
Fees are invoiced per term and follow the NSW Public School Calendar Year. Payment procedures will be outlined when invoices are sent out to families. Fees are invoiced by the term. If you decide to discontinue lessons mid term you are still obligated to honour the fees for the entire term. Any extended holidays or illness should be discussed with Miss Hayley in order to receive an exemption from this rule.
Stratosphere offers a Family discount to the third enrolled dancer. There is also cap pricing available for performance students or students taking high volumes of classes. Please speak to Miss Hayley if you’d like further information. Overdue invoices may incur a late fee.

The studio awards three scholarships at each End of Year concert. Winners of the Junior and Senior Scholarships are awarded a partial scholarship towards their fees in the following year. The Dancer of the Year is awarded a full scholarship to the studio which covers the cost to all regular SPA classes.
